Sarah O’Grady is a member of the East Coast Bays TNG Group. She is a solicitor at Simpson Western Lawyers, and an aspiring triathlete and runner.

After completing her first half iron man on 9 January,  she has been selected for the NZ Age Group Team who will compete in Oklahoma, USA from September 24-25, 2016 at the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships. This is a dream come true for Sarah. However, the financial commitment involved is significant. As well as looking for sponsors who would be interested in supporting Sarah’s cause, she is holding a series of fundraising events.

The first fundraiser is a movie fundraiser, details below:

BIO: I am a mortgage broker/adviser based in Auckland. You might have been recommended a DIEt because it worked for that person – you may think the food in that DIEt is yuck, so why would you? Maybe a pill to help you lose weight (burn fat) – did you take one to gain weight… NOO. You already know the answers to these questions, they’re all just common sense so keep it simple and ignore the confusing jargon out there.
