BIO: I am a mortgage broker/adviser based in Auckland. You might have been recommended a DIEt because it worked for that person – you may think the food in that DIEt is yuck, so why would you? You already know the answers to these questions, they’re all just common sense so keep it simple and ignore the confusing jargon out there.
