At the time of starting my first business I was about to have a baby.

I was also a survival entrepreneur, which made me determined to succeed. I built my law firm from scratch into a very successful business. This was however, not without hardship. During our sixth year, my team of 12 and I suffered a devastating setback. Over the following three-year period I navigated my team through uncharted waters.

During those tough three years, I led my team to grow the company from struggling to surviving, and from scarcity to successfully scaling the business. The company’s profit reached the multi-million mark, and my team of 12 grew into a Soul Singing Team of 42. We managed 63,000 matters over a 12-year period, and together we achieved amazing things, because the team worked in their genius zones and team synergy.

My entrepreneurial leadership journey began over 25 years ago, when I started Du Plessis Lawyers. This business journey paved the way for RDL – Red Diamond Leaders.

BIO: I am a mortgage broker/adviser based in Auckland.
